Meng tops challengers in primary, Richards leads BP race

Though the Democratic primary was relatively quiet for Maspeth, the neighborhood’s congressional representative topped two challengers vying to unseat the incumbent. Maspeth High School graduation to go virtual

The sixth commencement ceremony at Maspeth High School will be virtual this year. The graduation of the class of 2020 will be pushed online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Acting Borough President Sharon Lee appointed 339 people to serve in Queens’s 14 community boards on Tuesday. Residents complain of mail service issues

For the last few weeks, Maspeth and Middle Village residents have been complaining about mailing issues. The 104th Precinct is sharing information on three recent robberies and attempted robberies in Maspeth from multiple perpetrators acting in concert.
