The monthly meeting for Community Board 5 is set for Wednesday, November 18 at 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will be conducted over Zoom, but members of the public can watch the livestream here.
The first item on the meeting agenda is a public hearing regarding a proposed citywide zoning text amendment for coastal flood resiliency. Joy Chen, the Queens planner from the Department of City Planning, will be presenting.
That will be followed by the public forum, chairperson’s report and district manager’s report.
Committees that will report back include Zoning and Land Use Review, Transportation and Public Transit Services, and more.
