The Maspeth Pizza House reopens with 144 sqft. TV

“The Maspeth Pizza House is back and better than ever,” said Lou Selamaj, owner of the Maspeth Pizza House, located at 59-60 55th Road in Maspeth.

Selamaj, a retired NYPD Sergeant with strong roots in Maspeth and Ridgewood is going ‘all-in’ on the bar and grill that opened in 2017 and developed a nice local following before going on hiatus for renovations.

Selamaj renovated the space by creating an open layout, adding new TVs (including one HUGE 144 square foot TV), constructing a high tech DJ booth, and two VIP style areas. It is now well positioned to offer party space for groups celebrating a birthday, graduation, or any special event.

The menu was revamped as well. The MPH will still be serving delicious brick oven pizza and Italian favorites such as calamari, chicken parm, and linguini with clam sauce, but have also added comfort food items such as wings, burgers, wraps, loaded nachos, and more!

“This pizza has become my favorite. Love the Margarita pies,” said Angie S. from Maspeth.

“So happy I found this place– I work in the area and I started getting sick of the same food options. This is a nice change for me and the office staff,” added Malgorzata M. from Williamsburg, which is only a stones throw away from the MPH.

The Maspeth Pizza House is open from 11am – 10pm Sunday – Wednesday, and from 11am – 4pm on Thursday – Saturday.

Stay tuned for a full food review next week!
