O’Neill’s
is calling on all beer lovers to see how long they can hoist their stein tonight at 7 p.m.
Events such as this are typical of Oktoberfest celebrations, and with October right around the corner, O’Neill’s is looking to give its patrons an early start on the festivities with its competition. The hoist will be hosted by Sam Adams, and representatives will be onsite to award the winners with gift certificates.
Prior to the competition, the O’Neill sisters will be guest bar tending, and all of their tips will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Throughout the night, there will be drink specials, as well as the traditional complimentary shift roast at 5 p.m., during which all patrons can opt in on free roast beef sandwiches .
In cooperation with Blue Moon, O’Neill’s will also giving away free tickets to the upcoming Blue Moon Burger Bash, an event run by celebrity chefs. All who buy Blue Moon beer will receive a free raffle ticket to enter the competition, and all others can purchase raffle tickets from their bartender.
Live music will be provided by Brian “Bugsy” Moran throughout the evening.
