On Monday, November 17th, Force Fitness Club, located at 6303 Fresh Pond Rd. is celebrating 6-Years of Serving the

communities of Ridgewood, Maspeth, Middle Village and Glendale Communities!

Owners Michael Romer and Vincent Ruddy started the gym six years ago, and have been ReShaping Bodies in the community ever since.

Monday, 11/17 marks the 6-Years for Force and 6-Months for CrossFit Ridgewood @Force.. and they are inviting everyone to a free open house on that day.
