Today, July 31, Tommy Bell, the long-time community affairs contact for the 104 Pct in Glendale retired. He has been a mainstay for the precinct at meetings throughout the past two decades in Maspeth. A joint operation between the 104th and 108th precinct is aimed at cutting down on drag racing and making the streets safer for motorists and pedestrians.
