Today, July 31, Tommy Bell, the long-time community affairs contact for the 104 Pct in Glendale retired. He has been a mainstay for the precinct at meetings throughout the past two decades in Maspeth. Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic and minimum occupancy in the Precinct, a traditional ceremony was not possible. We are certain he will be missed.
