Metro PCS, located at 66-10 Grand Avenue in Maspeth, went out of business last month, and a barbershop has just opened in its place.
Usimon Karimov is the proud first time business owner of the Grand Barbershop. It’s run by Doniyor Habibov, who has been a Barber for 7 years, and said it is “a dream come true to start this business.”
Sometimes when one door closes, another opens. Hopefully, the Grand Barbershop on Grand Avenue will be successful in the neighborhood.
