The NYPD ‘s 104th Precinct Community council is holding their monthly meeting in Maspeth tonight. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Frank Kowalinski Post, 61-57 Maspeth Ave.
At the meeting, the community council will be honoring Captain Gregory Mackie for his work as the executive officer of the NYPD 104th.
