IVI Telecom Services recently sent out a letter on Verizon’s behalf indicating they were considering installing a cell tower on top of the 92 ft. building at 52-08 Grand Ave., which appears to home the Maspeth Business Park, a manufacturing complex. The project is currently being reviewed under Section 106 review. We will update as we get more information.
