A pair of would-be burglars peppered sprayed a woman and her nephew in Maspeth according to Det. Thomas Bell of the NYPD 104th precinct. New York Police Department’s 104th precinct announced seven prostitution arrests that stemmed from an undercover sting operation executed by the vice enforcement division.
