On Monday, November 17th, Force Fitness Club (6303 Fresh Pond Rd.) celebrated their 6 year anniversary. During their 6 years of service to the communities of Ridgewood, Maspeth, Middle Village and Glendale Communities, owners Mike Romer and Vinny Ruddy have reshaped bodies, motivated minds and instilled positivity into the hearts of their members.

The anniversary party featured zumba classes, crossfit classes, a dance party and great food & drinks! Members were seen wearing glow-in-the-dark bracelets and necklaces as they were partying in Zumba class.

There was a coffee stand, protein stand, and an assortment of healthy treats by the entrance. Owners Mike and Vinny were seen engaging with members around the gym. Whether you are an 18 year basketball player, 25 year old bodybuilder, or 75 year old grandmother, Mike and Vinny care about your health and fitness goals. “We believe in our members, and they believe in us,” said Vinny Ruddy. “We are a community working towards a common goal of health and wellness.”

“Mike and Vinny are always looking to help people. They’re such great guys.. it’s in their nature,” said Stephen Streppone, employee at Force Fitness Club, and it seems as though the rest of the Force community is following suit.
