Thanks to the help of Good Samaritans, a Middle Village man who sexually assaulted a local woman was caught by the 104th Precinct early this week. Paperwork for the sale of an industrial lot at 56-02 Maspeth Avenue to Thai food supplier Wang Derm Enterprises for $20 million was filed with the city on December 9. The supplier purchased the property from 5602 Realty Company, LLC, care of Nesenoff and Miltenberg, LLP, a Manhattan-based firm.
