Martin Luther School announced Veronica Constantinides as the 2017 recipient of the Jill Rudzewick Memorial Award.
Constantinides, an eight grader at St. Stanislaus School, will receive a partial scholarship to attend Martin Luther School in September.
The Jill Rudzewick Memorial Award was established in 2013 to celebrate Rudzewick’s life and contributions to Maspeth, St. Stan’s and Martin Luther School.
Constantinides was awarded the scholarship due to her good school citizenship, high academic achievements and service to both the school and community. She is a volunteer with the St. Stan’s Home School and Association. Additionally, Constantinides serves as a lunch monitor for Pre-K students each day.
