Sources close to a deal say that a lease is almost done for a Carvel Ice Cream store to take over one of the two stores formerly occupied by Stokes at 69-21 Grand Avenue – across from ‘Deals.’
There are no timeline details as of yet, but the other storefront will apparently be a 3-floor medical office.
