Plans for a brand new 54-foot-tall building with 7,900 square feet of ground retail and 11,000 square feet of medical offices, have just been released by real estate blog, YIMBY.
The location is 73-66 Grand Avenue, (also 54-08 74th Street) which was formerly AMEF Auto. The lot is on the corner of Grand Avenue, one block north of the Long Island Expressway. It is across the street from Stop & Shop.
The design was made by Angelo and Anthony Ng’s Architects’ Studio in Maspeth. The plan includes ample parking; six spaces in a surface lot and another 46 spots in an underground garage
According to YIMBY, the developer is Flushing-based Grand Centurion Construction, which is leasing the property from an LLC with headquarters in Woodside. The Centurion bought up the 7,900-square-foot lot for $2,254,000 last December.
