Maspeth Residents outraged as their street is still unplowed

Still unplowed as of 2pm today (Monday)!

58 Ave at 66 st still not plowed. A plow came this morning forthe irst time at 2:45. It got stuck at the corner-58 Ave. Now if you are driving on Grand Ave, you would think that the street is clear. Cars are turning onto 66 St from Grand Ave only to get stuck at the corner (58 Ave) It has been almost comical here all day- cars dkeep coming up to get stuck. Some shovel out fairly quickly while others are here for an hour. When they finally get free- they reverse down to Grand Ave- putting pedestrians and motorist in danger. I called the precinct- not for snow removal but for cones to be put out on Grand and 66 St by the Chase bank to avoid any accidents and also to keep more cars from coming up and getting stuck. I called the Crowley’s office early this morning and again this afternoon. I put in complaint to 311 online several times only to receive message that request could not be submitted due to technical error. Calling 311 requires a few days of patience to sit on hold! Come to 66 St and 58 Ave if you are snow bored- it’s great entertainment- if you don’t think about how dangerous it really is!

That is dangerous and ridiculous.
